Spa Terms & Etiquette

By arriving 20 minutes prior to your appointment, you ensure a leisurely introduction to the spa and are able to take in some quiet time relaxing in one of our lounges.

We offer a quiet and tranquil environment to relax, unwind and rejuvenate; we value and respect all our guests, and ask guests to do the same. Please speak softly and turn off all electronic equipment.

If you must cancel, change or move your appointment for any reason, please do so within 24 hours of the scheduled time and day or you will be charged in full for your missed appointment.
